Reid Larson is a research librarian with a focus on scholarly communication and digital initiatives. He assists students and faculty with research projects and provides course-related instruction. He also oversees the Hamilton Digital Commons, a bibliography and open archive for scholarly and creative works by Hamilton College faculty, students and staff.
Reid arrived at Hamilton in 2005, having worked in a similar role at Lafayette College. Prior to becoming a librarian, he served as the director of the Essex County Historical Society/Adirondack History Museum and the education director for the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation.
