Staff - Equipment for Conducting Work Remotely
For staff working remotely please use the following guidelines.
- You may use your own personal laptop or desktop.
- You may also use your Hamilton barcoded laptop. If so, you may need to VPN into Hamilton's network to access select college systems.
- We recommend that departments purchase headsets and webcams from either W.B. Mason or Amazon.
- You may bring your Hamilton desktop computer home, but no additional equipment will be available.
- If you do not have the option of a college laptop, desktop, or a computer at home, please fill out the Equipment Request Form. If you have additional questions, contact the Help Desk at 315-859-4181 or helpdesk@hamilton.edu, in conjunction with your supervisor, for possible alternatives.
