If the dependent has a history under your benefits, they cannot be deleted. Simply do not select them as you proceed through Open Enrollment.
When you Submit your Open Enrollment elections, you will immediately see a button that allows you to View 2025 Benefits Statement where you may save or print the elections.
- Any FSAs will not be re-enrolled, if applicable.
- The Medical Waiver will not be re-enrolled, if applicable.
- Any 2024 coverage(s) will remain the same for 2025.
You MUST complete the Open Enrollment process if ANY of the following apply:
- You want to participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for 2025.
- You opt out of medical insurance (you have to "enroll" in the Medical Waiver plan).
- You are making changes to current enrollments OR if you are not currently enrolled and want to enroll.

After completing your open enrollment, you may see some benefits you’re continuing from previous years with an earlier start date. This happens because Workday shows continuous coverage starting from the original date. As long as there’s no Coverage End Date listed, these are your benefits for 2025.
Workday is accessible from anywhere, allowing you to complete your open enrollment via computer or phone. If you encounter any difficulties, there are many resources available to assist you. The Open Enrollment period runs from November 4 to November 15, with a 5 p.m. deadline. During this time, you can access Workday as often as necessary to correct or change your benefit selections.
