Cardholder Instructions
Key Card transactions are either verified or reconciled within the Workday system. Travel card transactions are reconciled through expense reports, while procurement/purchase card transactions are verified in the Purchases application. You can complete this process regularly as transactions occur or when you receive the statement from Key Bank. Please refer to the card policies for further details and instructions.
Reminder: If you are traveling and experience issues with your College credit card, please call the 24 hour Cardmember Customer Service number for Key Card. This number is on the back of your credit card.
