Ham & Legs
Ham & Legs is a 5K fun run/walk on Hamilton's campus. If running or walking is not your thing, come cheer on your colleagues, or volunteer to be an event supporter. This fun-filled event inspires the Hamilton community to engage in physical activity while earning a T-shirt, gift card, or more!
HamTrek
HamTrek, Hamilton's annual triathlon and walk, offers Hamilton community members the opportunity to compete individually or as relay teams in swimming, on-road biking and cross-country running. As a sprint triathlon event, the distances are 525 yards of swimming (21 lengths in the pool), 9 miles of on-road biking (two times around the Griffin Road loop and 5k of cross-country running (the cross-country course).

If you cannot attend the day-of in person or over the zoom options, you can find all the recordings of these presentations at the new Hamilton Wellness Education YouTube Page!
