Thank you to those who expressed interest in serving on the committee and to all who participated in the selection process.

The committee will get to work immediately. A number of Zoom listening sessions will be scheduled in the coming weeks for those who are available, and additional opportunities for input will take place in August and September. Members of the search committee and representatives from our search firm, Isaacson, Miller, will lead those sessions. We will share the dates, times, and locations for those sessions shortly. In addition, you may choose to provide suggestions confidentially, and at any time, via a survey developed by Isaacson, Miller.

Your input will be used to develop a position profile that will provide a description of Hamilton and the role of the College’s next president. It will outline Hamilton’s history and mission, and will include the challenges, measures of success, and ideal skills, experiences, and qualifications of the new president. When finalized, this document will be publicly available and will be shared broadly by the search firm with prospective candidates and helpful sources.

Please visit our Search Committee website for the most current information about the search.

Sincerely,

Gill King
ex officio, Presidential Search Committee
