Authored by Helen Duffy, The War on Terror provides a detailed analysis of the structure of applicable international law to the 'war on terror' which has followed the events of September 11, 2001. Duffy is the legal director of INTERIGHTS, The International Centre for the Legal Protection of Human Rights.
