Event Description

Boxing Fitness Event Image

The fundamental boxing class will teach foundational techniques such as punching technique, proper footwork, and body movement while boosting your general fitness. Participants will engage in station drills, shadowboxing, calisthenics, and partner work to build strength, coordination, and confidence. This is a non-contact class; no sparring (striking of others) is permitted or included. Participants are advised to bring their own boxing gloves (10 ounce minimum). A limited quantity will be available for participants without their own.
