Sweat and Shred Event Image

This 45-minute class will maximize the bang for your buck! It is comprised of short bursts of body weight training blending both interval and strength exercises to hit all areas of the body. With circuit training, this class consists of plenty of cardio, weights, and core to get that extra metabolic burn which will motivate you to keep coming back. You’ll never get the same class twice!
