Interested in studying abroad in Paris? Come to the Hamilton in France Information Session to learn all about the program and application process! The session will focus mainly on the 2026-2027 year, but will be general enough to apply to all interested students. Questions? Email hif@hamilton.edu 

If you are planning on studying abroad Fall 2025 or Academic Year 2025-2026 on a non-Hamilton program, course pre-approvals through the Petition for Transferred Credit Form are due April 15. Stop by this table to chat with staff from Global Learning and the Registrar's office about credit transfer, submit your form (if it is complete), and/or grab a snack! Questions? SU Study Abroad Students can drop off visa materials at this time if they cannot attend the SU pre-departure session at 4pm. 

This is a pre-departure session for students attending SU Florence in the Fall semester. The Florence program manager will be on-site to provide information about health, safety, and other program info. Students must attend a pre-departure session. This session will fulfill the attendance requirement.

Students attending SU Study Abroad Programs are expected to attend this SU pre-departure orientation. Attending this session will fulfill your attendance at a required pre-departure orientation. If you cannot make it, you should plan on attending the general pre-departure session offered on April 15 and April 16. SU program managers will be on campus to host the pre-departure orientation and accept visa materials.
