The Dr. Adam B. Denison, Jr. Scholarship
The Dr. Adam B. Denison, Jr. Scholarship was established by a bequest from Dr. Adam B. Denison, Jr., Class of 1942.
Dr. Adam B. Denison, Jr., a member of Hamilton’s Class of 1942, graduated from medical school at Case Western School of Medicine. He spent his professional career as a physician and professor at the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C. A tinkerer and researcher, Dr. Denison invented medical devices in his spare time, becoming vice president and a director of Carolina Medical Electronics, Inc.
