The Donald E. Burns Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity Scholarship Fund
The Donald E. Burns Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity Scholarship Fund, established in 1999, provides support to students who are in good academic standing, and who are either members of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity or who are descendants of alumni who were members of that fraternity.
Donald E. Burns, Class of 1964, is an active member of Delta Kappa Epsilon, and organizes many events on behalf of the fraternity. While on the Hill, he was a member of the football team and enjoyed playing golf. After graduation from Hamilton, he began working with John Deere Inc. and became a regional credit manager for the company. Eventually he worked for New England Financial in Syracuse, NY.
Don is very active in his continued commitment to his alma mater and its alumni. He organizes many golfing events for alumni and members of DKE in the Syracuse area. Similarly, he helped organize the 50th reunion for his class in 2014.
