Capital One Academic All-America Track/Cross Country Teams

Jakubauskaite was one of 16 student-athletes voted to the third team, and a total of 46 were on the academic All-America team. She is the 11th Hamilton athlete (12 awards overall) on the CoSIDA academic All-America team.

To be considered for the all-academic teams, student-athletes need to be at least sophomores in academic standing at their institution. They also need to have a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or better on a 4.0 scale.

Jakubauskaite was voted to the academic all-district first team in May. After sitting out almost three years due to an injury she suffered during her first indoor season, Jakubauskaite became one of the top high jumpers in program history. She tied the team's indoor record in the high jump at the New York State Collegiate Track Conference (NYSCTC) championships and broke it a week later at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III championships.

Jakubauskaite continued her success into the outdoor season. She won the high jump in consecutive meets and qualified for the ECAC Division III championships. Her best height was just .02 meters off the program record.

Jakubauskaite was a member of the 2013 NESCAC winter and spring all-academic teams. She was the women’s indoor track & field team’s recipient of Hamilton’s 2013 SAAC scholar-athlete award for her dedication and loyalty to both academics and athletics.
