Hamilton College travels to Gettysburg College's Clark Field in Gettysburg, Pa., to take on Middlebury College in a 2015 NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse Championship regional semifinal on Saturday, May 16.

The game is scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m. The other regional semifinal between host Gettysburg and York College (Pa.) precedes Hamilton's game at 11:30 a.m. The winners play in the regional final at Gettysburg on Sunday at 2:30. Tickets will cost $6 for adults, $4 for students with ID and $3 for children ages 2 to 11. Children under the age of 2 are admitted free.
Nationally ranked No. 13 Hamilton (12-5 overall) defeated two-time defending national champion Salisbury University 9-8 in double overtime at Salisbury in a second round game on May 10. The Continentals are back in Gettysburg for the first time since the 2010 NCAA Championship, when they defeated Franklin & Marshall College in the semifinals and were edged by Salisbury in the final. Hamilton is 2-0 against Middlebury in the NCAAs with quarterfinal wins in 2008 and 2009.
The No. 6 Panthers (14-3) routed Massachusetts Institute of Technology 19-9 in a second round game at home on May 10. Middlebury has won five NCAA titles but none since 2004. The Panthers edged the Continentals 12-10 in a NESCAC game at Hamilton back on April 15. Head coach Missy Foote, who has 420 wins in 35 years at Middlebury, is retiring at the end of this season.
No. 5 Gettysburg (16-3) breezed to a 13-6 win at home against FDU-Florham in a second round game played on May 10. The Bullets defeated the Continentals at home in the 2007 NCAA Championship quarterfinals. Gettysburg already owns a 15-9 victory at York this year in a non-conference game played on March 24. Mandy Buell '15 is ranked 16th in Division III in goals and points.
No. 12 York (14-5) cruised to an 11-6 win at home against Union College in a second round game played on May 10. The Spartans, who have won seven of their last eight games, are the only program in this foursome that hasn't won a national title. Rachel Donovan '16 has started just five games in goal, but three of those five have been York's last three games. Donovan allowed 18 goals and made 18 saves in those games.
