Embarking on its 29th season as a Varsity sport at the College, the women's basketball team has high expectations for the 2007-08 season thanks to the team's celebrated accomplishments this past season. First year Head Coach Sean Mackin has a team which consists of five returning starters, five first-year talents, and a deep bench that should combine for continued success.
Since becoming a varsity sport, the women's basketball program has a long list of talented athletes succeed on Hamilton's court. To celebrate these successes and recent accomplishments, the women's basketball team will hold an alumnae gathering on February 9, 2008. In addition to the women's and men's contests against Vassar College, the weekend will include an alumnae game, alumnae and team dinner and a night at the Little Pub.
