Susan Greenspan ’99 recently wrote a blog post for the site Windsor Running on being a runner during and after pregnancy. This site is co-founded by Jesse Gaylord ’06 and Cameron Gaylord ’09 is created for runners. When joining the team at Windsor Running, runners work with running and strength coaches, who help build individualized training plans to help them reach their goals.

In a testimonial by Irene K. she stated, “I used Windsor Running's personalized running and strength training plan to train for the Cherry Blossom 10 Mile race in DC this April. My goal was to increase my pace over last year's. The plan Windsor Running provided was specifically tailored to my running style and schedule for training. The strength training plan definitely made me stronger and I particularly enjoyed the initial email support. Not only did I meet my goal of improving my speed, but I far exceeded it. I highly recommend Windsor Running and I will use it again.”

During their time at Hamilton, Susan Greenspan majored in English Literature, Jesse Gaylord was Sociology major and a member of the fraternity, Alpha Delta Phi, while his brother, Cameron Gaylord, majored in World Politics and was a member of the Chi Psi fraternity. Both the Gaylord brothers were runners on the Men’s Cross Country team and the Indoor and Outdoor Men’s Track and Field team. All three have continued to contribute to the College through their involvement with the Hamilton Alumni Recruitment Team (HART).
