A poem by Associate Professor of English and Creative Writing Jane Springer, "Forties War Widows, Stolen Grain," was chosen for inclusion in this year's Best American Poetry Anthology. Springer has been invited to read at the book launch ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 18, at The New School in New York City. The reading will take place at 7 p.m., at the Auditorium at 55 West 12th St., Alvin Johnson/J.M. Kaplan Hall.
