Bob Tupper ’69 was recently recognized by the Holton-Arms School in Bethseda, MD, for his outstanding teaching career. Tupper is the chair of the history and social sciences department at Holton-Arms and the advisor of the It’s Academic team. He has taught at the school for 40 years with “boundless energy and new ideas,” according to the school magazine, Doorways. Students, alumni, and faculty celebrated his tenure by presenting him with a memory book filled with notes and photographs. At Hamilton, Tupper majored in government and was a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon. He went on to earn his master's degree from University of Maryland College Park.
