Paul Lieberstein as Toby Flenderson on NBC's"The Office"
Paul Lieberstein, co-executive producer, writer and actor in NBC's sitcom "The Office" and a 1989 graduate of Hamilton College, will speak at Hamilton as part of the college's FebFest on Wednesday, Feb. 13. Lieberstein's talk, titled "From Clinton, N.Y. to The Office," will take place at 8 p.m. in the Tolles Pavilion. The lecture is $5 for those with a College ID from any college (students, faculty staff) and $10 for the general public. This lecture has been postponed until a later date. Lieberstein is stranded in Chicago due to bad weather.

Lieberstein planned on pursuing a career in business after graduating from Hamilton with a degree in economics, but his love of writing took him to Los Angeles where he wrote scripts for "Clarissa Explains It All," "Weird Science" and "The Naked Truth." After that he was a writer/producer on "King of the Hill" for which he earned his first Emmy, "The Drew Carey Show," "The Bernie Mac Show" and "Greg the Bunny."
Currently, Lieberstein has taken on his first acting role playing human resources director Toby Flenderson on "The Office," which won the Emmy for "Outstanding Comedy Series" in 2006.
