Beth Bohstedt, LITS director of learning and research services, Gretchen Maxam, LITS desktop systems administrator, Kristin Strohmeyer, LITS research and community engagement librarian, and Abbi Tushingham, LITS AV coordinator, recently presented at the Women Advance IT conference held at the University of Nebraska Innovation Campus in Lincoln, Neb.
Their panel presentation focused on LITS efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion, including the formation of a task force, developing a hiring toolkit, developing a training program, and refining and continuing to develop LITS services that reflect diversity and inclusion.
