Students in the Hamilton College Academic Year (or semester) in Spain program (HCAYS) visited the Royal Gardens of La Granja. This excursion, the second trip of the semester, included visits to Salamanca, Segovia and a national park at the Sierra near Madrid.
The group received special permission to visit the old library at the University of Salamanca, climbed the steps to the tower of the Alcázar in Segovia, and enjoyed conversations with professors under the Roman Aqueduct.
