In a poll released by Hamilton College, in coordination with Zogby International, has found that three out of every four Muslims in America have experienced biased, prejudiced behavior since the September 11 attacks, or knows a Muslim who has, reports the Detroit Free Press.

The poll goes on to report:

Almost half of Muslims say the U.S. should try to remove Iraqi President Saddam Hussein from power.

70 percent affirm that non-Muslims have expressed support of Muslims after Sept. 11, a comforting revelation in contrast to the 75 percent who have suffered discrimination since the attacks.

Finally, 60 percent admit they feel that the questioning and detaining of Muslim men after Sept. 11 is an abuse of civil rights, an issue the national government has yet to resolve itself.
