The Hamilton College track & field teams competed at the University at Albany Spring Classic on Friday and Saturday. No team scores were kept at the meet.
Results
The women’s team recorded a number of top-10 finishes, including two by Mattie Seamans ’18. She was fifth in the 400-meter dash (62.04 seconds) and sixth in the triple jump (9.97 meters/32 feet, 8.5 inches).
Michelle Fish '17 placed sixth in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:59.06 and was seventh in the 800-meter run in 2:26.36. Hanna Jerome '18 was right behind Fish in eighth place in the 800 meters with a time of 2:27.65.
Yuwen Michelson ’17 took sixth place in the long jump with a mark of 5.12 meters (16 feet, 9.75 inches). Emily Banzer '15 was runner-up in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 12:46.15.
Hamilton competes in the NESCAC Championships on Saturday, April 25, at Williams College.
