As a student, Bruce Cutler '70 was probably best known for his role on the Hamilton College football team, serving as a team captain during the 1969 season. Today he's better known off the field and in the court room. Defending clients like John Gotti and Phillip Spector, Cutler is a famed New York trial attorney known for his courtroom theatrics, which has landed him a different role – the judge on a new syndicated court show "Jury Duty." With the help of a rotating panel of celebrity jurors and audience participation, "Jury Duty" will feature real small-claims cases. The jurors and judge will hear testimony and if the celebrities are unable to agree to a unanimous decision, Cutler will make the final decision. Cutler will be joined on "Jury Duty" with celebrities including Phyllis Diller, Bruce Jenner and Debra Wilson. "Jury Duty" began airing in September.
