The Hamilton College men’s tennis team won its second match in as many days, beating SUNY Oneonta 5-4 at Oneonta's Heissan Tennis Courts on Thursday.

Matthew Billet ’15 clinched the victory with a straight-set win at second flight singles. Billet and doubles partner Ian Antonoff ’16 were double winners for the Continentals (9-8 overall). They posted an 8-5 win at second flight doubles and evened their season mark at 6-6. Antonoff, who leads Hamilton with a 13-7 singles record, was a straight-set winner at fourth flight singles.

Jack Vissicchio ’17 picked up his eighth win of the season, topping his fifth flight singles opponent in straight sets. Hamilton’s other point came from the first flight doubles team of James Oliver ’15 and Ben Swett ‘14, who claimed an 8-6 win.

Hamilton travels to nationally ranked No. 3 Amherst College for a NESCAC match at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 19.
