The Hamilton College Arboretum Association will present a workshop on advanced pruning on Saturday, March 1, at 10 a.m., in the Taylor Science Center’s Kennedy Auditorium. This event is free, open to the public and sponsored by the College and its Arboretum Association. Pre-registration is not required.
In the pruning workshop, certified arborist Terry Hawkridge, former director of the Hamilton College Arboretum, will review different pruning types and techniques and perform interactive pruning demonstrations on plant material. A camera focused on the experts as they prune will enable the audience to see every detail. ISA Certified Arborist CEU credits are available.
