Mother Nature did her part to ensure a glorious, sunny, and mild Fallcoming & Family Weekend on the Hill.

The Hamilton community honored the memory of Life Trustee Joseph F. Anderson ’44 on Saturday, and the Tietje Family Tennis Center and Falmouth Road Race Reunion Courts were dedicated during the combined Fall Weekend.

The Alumni Association recognized Bruce Gaylord ’70 and Gail Kelly P’06, ’09 as the Jeff Little ’71 Volunteers of the Year on Friday, and football, men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball, cross country, and field hockey all won their games over the weekend.

Among other highlights were the annual Helen and Doane Comstock '27 Memorial Luncheon to celebrate student scholarship recipients and their benefactors; a Wellin Gallery talk by Willie Williams ’73; and President David Wippman’s state of the college address.

Students exhibited their work through a science poster session, a dance showcase, and poetry readings. The Nikki Parrott Trio provided an evening of jazz, the choir and department of dance and movement studies shared the stage for performing arts events, and the Writing Center celebrated its 30th birthday.
