Hamilton College men's cross country and track and field standout Peter Kosgei '11 (Kapsabet, Kenya/Kapsabet Boys' HS) was the subject of the Utica Observer-Dispatch Tuesday Conversation feature that appeared in the daily newspaper on Dec. 15.

Ten Hamilton College student-athletes have been recognized by the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) as the conference announced its 2009 fall all-academic selections on Nov. 20.

Hamilton College's Peter Kosgei '10 (Kapsabet, Kenya/Kapsabet Boys' HS) will compete in the NCAA Division III men's cross country championships at Highland Park Golf Course in Cleveland, Ohio, on Saturday, Nov. 21, at noon.

Peter Kosgei '10 captured his third straight individual title, and Hamilton College placed 12th out of 38 teams at the 2009 NCAA Division III Atlantic regional cross country championships held at Letchworth State Park in Mount Morris, N.Y., on Nov. 14.

Will Reid '10 is a men's cross country team captain and has earned multiple varsity letters not only in cross country, but indoor and outdoor track and field as well. He owns the fifth-best time by a Hamilton runner on his home course during the past 10 years. In 2009, he has been one of the team's top two runners in each of the six races so far. Reid and Hamilton compete in the NCAA Division III Atlantic regional championships at Letchworth State Park in Geneseo, N.Y., on Saturday, Nov. 14
