French directors Claude Nuridsany and Marie Pérennou, considered by many to be the best nature filmmakers in the world, will present their most recent work, “The Field of Enchantment,” on Sunday, Nov. 10, at 2 p.m., in the Bradford Auditorium, as part of the college's F.I.L.M. series.

The Hamilton College F.I.L.M. series will screen The Extravagant Shadows (2012) with director David Gatten, on Sunday, Nov. 3, at 1 p.m., in Bradford Auditorium.

The Hamilton College F.I.L.M. series will present a selection of cinematic adaptations of Erza Pound poems from filmmaker Bernard Dew, on Wednesday, Oct. 30, at 4:30 p.m., in Bradford Auditorium.

The Hamilton College F.I.L.M. (Forum on Image and Language in Motion) series will screen “Leviathan” (2012) with director Lucien Castaing-Taylor, on Sunday, Oct. 27, at 2 p.m., in the Bradford Auditorium, Kirner-Johnson Building. The event includes the screening of the film as well as a discussion with the director. It is free and open to the public.

The Hamilton College F.I.L.M. (Forum for Images and Languages in Motion) series will present The Act of Killing (2012) from director Josh Oppenheimer on Sunday, Oct. 13, at 2 p.m., in the Bradford Auditorium, KJ. The event includes the screening of the film as well as a discussion with Hamilton professors Craig Latrell, Lawrence Chua and Scott MacDonald. It is free, open to the public and co-sponsored by the Hamilton College Asia Forum.

(Forum on Image and Language in Motion) series will present, “Our Nixon” (2013) with director and producer Penny Lane on Sunday, Sept. 29, at 2 p.m. in the Bradford Auditorium, KJ. The event includes the screening of the film as well as a discussion with the director. It is free, open to the public and co-sponsored by the Kirkland Endowment.

(Forum on Image and Language in Motion) series will present First Comes Love (2012), by Nina Davenport, on Sunday, May 5, at 2 p.m., in the Bradford Auditorium, Kirner-Johnson Building. The event includes the screening of the film followed by a discussion with Davenport. The event is free and open to the public.

The event is free and open to the public.
