The Middlebury College men's and women's squash teams recorded 9-0 wins against Hamilton College in Middlebury, Vt., on Jan. 16.

Hamilton College lost all three matches played at Hamilton's Little Squash Center from Dec. 3 to Dec. 5.

Hamilton College opened 2010-11 with three losses at Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H., on Nov. 20 and 21.

Eleven Hamilton College student-athletes have been recognized by the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) as the conference announced its 2009-10 winter all-academic team on March 31.

The Hamilton College men's squash team received the prestigious Sloane Award for team sportsmanship during the 2010 College Squash Association team championships at Yale University on Feb. 20.

Hamilton College won two matches at the 2010 College Squash Association team championships, and earned the consolation bracket title for the Summers Cup “C” Division at Yale University and Choate Rosemary Hall in Connecticut from Feb. 19 to Feb. 21.

Hamilton College defeated Colgate University and Northwestern University in matches played at the Little Squash Center on Feb. 13 and 14.

This is the 13th installment in a series of interviews with Hamilton College student-athletes. Mario Magana '10 is a team captain and soon-to-be four-year letter winner on the men's squash team. Mario has won 28 matches in his Hamilton career. He has been one of the top four players in the Continentals' lineup since he stepped on campus in 2006. This season, he has played the majority of his 21 matches at the second position. The men's squash team hosts Colgate University on Saturday, Feb. 13, at 3 p.m., and Northwestern University on Sunday, Feb. 14, at 11 a.m. in the Little Squash Center. Mario will help lead Hamilton into the College Squash Association men's team championships at Yale University the following weekend.

Ninth-seeded Hamilton College won one of four matches and finished in eighth place in the New England Small College Athletic Conference Championships at Trinity College in Hartford, Conn., from Feb. 5 to Feb. 7.

The Hamilton College men's and women's squash teams will compete in the three-day 2010 New England Small College Athletic Conference championships at Trinity College's George A. Kellner Squash Center starting on Friday, Feb. 5.
