  • John Bennett '16 majored in chemistry and mathematics at Hamilton. Following graduation, John worked as an EMT scribe in Ohio. John will be entering a M.D./Ph.D. program this upcoming July.

  • Meghan Hover Szczech '06 has worked for four different pharmaceutical companies in the 11 years since graduating Hamilton.

  • Chun Yee Lau '12 began her research adventure by studying angiogenesis in tumor cells. She then moved onto clinical research studies focused on sequencing different cancers before deciding not to pursue medicine. Recently she transitioned into project management in research and is currently pursuing certification as a project management professional.

  • Valery Danilack '06, a biochemistry and dance double major, earned a master's degree in public health from Yale before earning a Ph.D. in epidemiology from Brown University. Valery conducts research at the Women & Infants Hospital in Rhode Island and at the Brown University School of Public Health.

  • Tatenda Chakoma ’18 is exploring a possible future in neuroscience as he interns at UCLA Medical School, Department of Neurology this summer. This internship is a summer program run by Hamilton alumnus Dr. Bruce Dobkin ’69. Each year he selects one Hamilton neuroscience student to do biomedical training and research at UCLA Neurology. Chakoma’s internship is supported by the Sandra Solomon Internship Fund, managed by the Career Center.
