Event Description
Aikido a non-competitive yet powerful Japanese martial art adapted from traditional combat techniques. Aikido can be effectively implemented by people of any age, body type, or gender for self-defense and to improve physical and mental conditioning.
This will be treated as a beginner class welcome to all, but will involve dynamic movements of the entire body. You should should wear lower body attire that covers the legs below the knee that they can freely move in. T-shirts are acceptable for the upper body.
