A Conversation with President Barack Obama

Barack Obama, the 44th president of the United States, will be the next guest in Hamilton’s Sacerdote Great Names Series. He was elected on November 4, 2008, winning more votes than any candidate in history. President Obama was inaugurated on January 20, 2009, reelected in 2012, and served until January 20, 2017. He was the first African American to hold the office, bringing a message of hope and change to his campaigns.
