Annabelle Hutchinson is a graduate of Yale University (M.A., Ph.D.) and Texas A&M University (B.A.) and most recently served as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Utah. Her research focuses on American politics, political economy, and political behavior, particularly on gender, race, and economic inequality. Hutchinson's current projects investigate sexist and racist attitudes and how threats to economic, social, and political power affect American's political attitudes. She is originally from West Columbia, Texas, a small town on the Texas Gulf Coast.
