Coffee and Conversation with Dr. Frances Moore:

Between 2022 and 2023, Dr. Frances Moore served as a Senior Economist on President Biden's Council of Economic Advisors, providing economic and policy analysis on climate change and clean energy issues. During this conversation she will discuss her experiences informally and chat about climate economics and policy in the past and present Presidential administrations.
