Maurice Isserman, the Publius Virgilius Rogers Professor of American History, is the keynote speaker at “What’s become of ‘The Other America’ - The War on Poverty Then and Now,” a forum examining poverty now and half a century ago. Program in NYC Explores Mediascapes: Globalization and Culture

Hamilton’s spring 2011 Program in New York is delving into the topic “Mediascapes: Globalization and Culture.” Under the direction of Professor of English Patricia O’Neill, the 14 students will focus on how film, art, literature and music produce and represent global culture in New York City.
