Welcome to the News section of the Business Office's Student Accounts website. Here you can view our monthly billing messages that pertain to upcoming deadlines, important information regarding the charges or credits on the bill, or information about the services offered by the Business Office.
A registration fee of $500, deductible from the fall tuition bill, is required of all students who intend to return to Hamilton for the coming academic year. This fee will be billed to the student's account in March and is due on April 1. Students may not preregister or participate in the housing lottery until the deposit is paid. It is nonrefundable after May 1.
Student account monthly tuition statements are available exclusively to view online and you must sign up. Click on NetPay for detailed instructions. You will be able to see your updated tuition statements after the 15th of each month (excluding August).

Please note that the refund of the guaranteed deposit was mailed August 10.
Hamilton College requires that all students have some form of health insurance coverage. For students who are not covered under a parent's policy, or students who would like additional coverage, Hamilton offers a limited benefits health insurance plan. Coverage under this plan is voluntary. However, if proof of other comparable health insurance coverage has not been provided to the Health Center, students will be automatically enrolled in and billed for this plan. An outline of the plan and premium information may be obtained from the Director of Purchasing and Property Management at 315-859-4999.
Other than the provisions of the Medical Service and Health Insurance programs described above, the College assumes no responsibility for medical or health services to its students.
