Personal Career Advisor
Your career advisor works with you throughout your four years, helping you identify skills and interests, explore career options, communicate your value to prospective employers and/or graduate programs, and connect with alumni for job or internship opportunities.
Our Curriculum
The Find Your Future curriculum consists of four educational pillars: Know Thyself, Explore, Communicate, Connect. Most modules are workshop-based, although a few may be held with your advisor or completed as self-reflection exercises. Students can track their progress using our portal.
We Meet You Where You Are
The Career Center has 70+ student employees who work across campus. These students are trained to teach the center’s curriculum through workshops and individual appointments, and also plan industry-related programming involving alumni.
Stories: Connections & Careers
2024 Bristol Fellows to Explore Orchid Culture, the Potential of Trash
Ann “Annie” Kennedy ’24 and Luis Felipe López Cruz ’24 received Hamilton’s prestigious Bristol Fellowship. The program is designed to “encourage discovery of self and the world, a greater appreciation and understanding of people and culture, and to enable individuals to act on great ideas through independent study projects.”
Watson Fellow Karki ’24 to Trace Journeys of ‘the Hidden Help’
For Anusha Karki ’24, communities are intricate layers of people, resources, opportunities, and identities. For migrant domestic workers, these communities are essential to creating new lives in new lands. Yet the tireless childcare, caregiving, and other household responsibilities they provide behind closed doors often go unrecognized, as do their stories.
