  • Reserve your bike! Cruise over the hump day of the week! Work with the basics of indoor cycling while building strength and endurance. We will review proper bike setup, correct form and posture, and learn the basic cycling moves. The class will be 30-40 minutes of cycling with additional pre and post-workout stretching.   • The Projects for Peace Summer Grant Program encourages young adults to develop innovative, community-centered, and scalable responses to the world's most pressing issues. Every year, 125 or more student leaders are each awarded $10,000 grants to implement a Project for Peace, typically between May and August.
